Our Bronze Contract includes:
One or Two Preventative Maintenance visits per year
All other callouts and hourly labour will be charged at the current rates.
All parts will be chargeable**

Target Engineer Contact Time: within 72 hours of placing a request.
Silver
Our Silver Contract includes:
One or Two Preventative Maintenance visits per year
Unlimited callouts to repair faults*
There will be no charges for callout or hourly labour.
All parts will be chargeable**

Target Engineer Contact Time: within 48 hours of placing a request.
Gold
Our Gold Contract includes:
One or Two Preventative Maintenance visit per year
Unlimited callouts to repair faults*
There will be no charges for callout or hourly labour.
